Check-in Policy:

Self check-in time is from 4pm / Check-out is 11 am. No check-ins after midnight. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible if requested in advance and additional charges may apply. Doors are always locked. Guests are provided an access code and check-in instructions by email or phone/text message before arrival date.

COVID Policy:

There are currently no mandates. We recommend that guests wear masks in indoor common areas and social distance.

Cancellation Policy or Modifying Your Reservation:

There is a non-refundable booking fee of $50/room for cancellations. Due to the small size of our property, we must impose a strict cancellation policy. For regular bookings (including discounts, specials or promotions), if you need to cancel, foreshorten or reduce your stay for any reason prior to check-in, you will be required to give us a minimum of two (2) days notice during off-season or (7) days notice during peak season, otherwise you will be charged in full for your booking. If you have made a prepayment, we will retain all or part of your pre-payment. If not prepaid, we will charge your credit card. The booking fee can be applied against any new booking before 31st of December subject to availability.

Dining:

Your room rate does not include a meal plan. Due to COVID-19, staff shortages and renovations our dining room is not yet open for meals. Your suite has a microwave, mini fridge, kettle and coffee maker. Your room rate has been adjusted downward accordingly. Unless you have booked the B&B ratem which includes 2 continental breakfasts, or ordered breakfast, your room rate does not include breakfast.

Renovations:

We are pleased to inform you that our property is currently undergoing renovations. In any case, your room and most of the common areas are not affected and no work goes on after 5pm or on weekends.

Concierge Service:

We can provide information on what there is to see and do in the Miramichi Region, “Atlantic Canada’s Great Outdoors”. Beaubears Island National Historic Park is just in front of our inn. If you would like to visit the Interpretive Centre or the island, please let us know and we can arrange a visit for you.
