If this building is vacant, it would make an amazing little café for locals and guests alike! Add a dock-style deck for summer... Historic artifacts and pictures among the decor, to highlight the building's past. Weekend brunch and musicians on the deck... Maybe a few traditional meals on the menu, artisanal coffees, artisanal breads and cheeses for sale, scones, muffins, mini cheesecakes, fresh local ingredients, craft beer, local art on the walls, local maple syrup and preserves on sale by the cash... Can't you just see it?!
